Last safe postal despatch date:

• The final “safe” date for Royal Mail Signed For Standard Class postal dispatches of paper pack orders is 12th December 2025.

Telephone service suspension:

• Our telephone service will be unavailable from 18th December 2025 to 5th January 2026.

Digital orders:

• Fulfilment of digital orders will continue until 18th December 2025.
• Please note that our office will close for the holidays on 18th December 2025 at 1300hrs.

Orders after 21st December:

• Orders received after 20th December 2025 will be held for dispatch until 5th January 2026.

Urgent queries:
