Last safe postal despatch date:

• The final “safe” date for Royal Mail Signed For Standard Class postal dispatches of paper pack orders is 11th December 2025.

Telephone service suspension:

• Our telephone service will be unavailable from 17th December 2025 at 12pm to 5th January 2026 9am.

Digital orders:

• Fulfilment of digital orders will continue until 17th December 2025.
• Please note that our office will close for the holidays on December 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.

Orders after 17th December:

• Orders received after December 17, 2025, will be held for dispatch until January 5, 2026.

Urgent queries:
