October break 2025, temporary suspension of telephone service from 10/10/25 until 28/10/25 – best wishes to all customers for a restful break!

Please note that our office will be closed until 28 October 2025. During this period, our telephone service will be temporarily unavailable.

Orders for download packs received before 12pm on Friday, 10 October, will be processed and despatched as usual. Orders received after this time will be handled as quickly as possible, though any paper pack or postal orders will be held until 28 October before being despatched via Royal Mail.
