Additional help note – avoiding local issues caused by download settings on some centre’s machines…

Please ensure that when downloading your packs, that you right-click on the name of the pack you wish to download in order to allow you to choose your save/download location. You have a limited number of downloads. Do not single-click links or double-click downloaded files as these may incorrectly preview in your browser – instead right-click on the downloaded PDF portfolio packs (from your chosen save location) and choose to “Open with Acrobat DC”. You will then see all files (e.g. papers and marking keys etc in prelim epacks).

If you do click on the file name then you will get a preview/message advising that you have already downloaded. Please save the file to disk from your browser. In Chrome (left image) the save/download icon looks like an arrow pointing down towards a line. In Edge, a disc with a pencil on it (image on right). This will allow you to choose where to save your file.

MISSING DOWNLOADS?
if you do not see an expected DOWNLOAD this maybe due to ANOTHER email being provided to P&N at the time of ordering. These are non-transferrable (as they are linked to AN EXISTING OR NEW secure download account at time of despatch) – check your order/invoice which will detail the email address associated with the correct account.

ANY EXPIRED DOWNLOADS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR EMAIL/ACCOUNT CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR ORDER HISTORY. (THERE MAY BE AN ADMINISTRATION CHARGE FOR RESENDS REQUESTED to a different account/email address.)

NEW session 2024/2025 packs
which were pre-ordered AND ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR EMAIL/ACCOUNT will be made available on PUBLICATION IN OCTOBER (on or before the first week). Typically available within 24-36 for download when you receive you order completion email after this date.
