Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Returns Policy Terms and Conditions

Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, or you have used any part of a paper or electronic pack, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange without a detailed written account of your reasons. A 20% administration/restocking fee is due on unauthorised returns or cancellation of purchase orders after goods have been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Downloads from your account are logged and any items downloaded/stored must be deleted, and a written confirmation provided of this, including an undertaking that no parts will/have been used, stored, or otherwise shared, printed, or transferred by any means electronic or otherwise.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery/14 days after download
  • Any return of item where no detail of reason(s) have been provided.
  • Any evidence that a product/pack/download has been used/shared/illegally obtained.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days. Any credit can only be used to settle the invoice being cancelled.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your with your accounts department/main office.

Sale items

Only regular priced items current prelims may be refunded. Sale items/past papers cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales[at] and after telephone or emailed confirmation send your item by Signed For Delivery to: P&N Publications, 1 Wallace Street, Bannockburn, Stirling FK7 8JQ. We may, at our discretion dependant and on the circumstances of your return item(s), provide you with a return pre-paid postage label or apply/provide credit towards your invoice/account to cover the costs of return. No costs will be paid where a return is due to an error not attributable to P&N Publications.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product by Royal Mail Signed For (Recorded) Delivery to: P&N Publications, 1 Wallace Street, Bannockburn, Stirling FK7 8JQ. Digital product returns require prior authorisation by email. You must provide a detailed, reasoned, justification for your return and provide an undertaking that no part(s) of our files/papers have/will be used and that all electronic/paper copies have been destroyed/permanently deleted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
